Jefry is the data management & digital marketing lead at FSX. An IT professional with 25 years of experience, Jefry has extensive experience in the academic, financial services and advertising sectors. Jefry’s skills include software engineering (i.e. application and web development), webmastering (i.e. web analytics and search engine optimisation), web operations (i.e. cloud hosting and RDBMS database server setup and administration), digital marketing (i.e. CRM and website CMS campaigns) and digital account & project management. In his last position, he was a Senior Digital Marketing Engineer at MRM, a global direct and digital marketing agency. At MRM, he was responsible for designing and executing email and SMS campaigns, both promotional and customer lifecycle management related, by leveraging on the Siebel CRM, Oracle RDBMS and IBM Acoustic Campaign platforms, for reaching out to and interacting with, half a million customers. With his extensive experience, Jefry's key contribution to any organisation is his end-to-end understanding of the needs of the business and to build the solutions for achieving them, at scale, and within budget. A Singapore citizen, Jefry graduated with a Diploma in IT from Temasek Polytechnic (Singapore) in 1994.
